Refund Policy –

Scarpello Dough Balls & Products

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely happy with every order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right, whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are only available for products that:

  • Were purchased directly from our online store or authorized retailers

  • Are reported within 10 days of receipt

  • Have not been improperly stored or handled after delivery (e.g., thawed and refrozen, or opened and left unrefrigerated)
     

Non-Refundable Situations: We love happy customers, but we cannot offer refunds for:​

  • Orders not found or without proof of purchase

  • products not reported within the eligibility window

  • Products that have been consumed or mishandled
     

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Provide photos if possible (especially for damaged or incorrect items).

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
     

Partial Refunds or online Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit instead of a full refund, particularly for minor issues or partial order problems.
 

Abuse Prevention: To maintain fairness, we reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements if patterns of abuse are detected (e.g., repeated claims without valid reasons).
